Elabram Systems is capable of providing Operations and Maintenance support to customers by providing the needed resources or to carry out the service by assigning a specific region or clusters for us to maintain.

The services cover a wide range of O&M aspects where our team of experienced personnel led by an experienced Operations Manager shall plan the necessary field maintenance service, for example, a UTRAN network where activities like the ones below shall be properly planned by the resources available and needed, tools, vehicle, mobilization, field technician on-call or standby.

• Preventive Maintenance
• Corrective Maintenance
• Site Audits/Inspection
• Facilities Maintenance
• BSS/Node B equipment maintenance
• Microwave/Backhaul Maintenance

The team shall operate in line with the customer’s Network Management Operation Center. This shall front all the dockets and trouble ticket issuance to Elabram’s team and later shall response at the specific response time (KPI/SLA defined) and feedback on the clearance or further action needed to remedy such problems detected.

Certain Service Level Agreement (SLA) shall be defined and agreed upon by both parties. The SLA shall guarantee the network quality level during which it is in commercial use. It retains and improves the network performance during operational phase to maximize network availability, accessibility and retainability.

As part of the O&M services, some of the RF Optimization services would also be applicable.

A general O&M organization structure might look like below which covers most of the areas in O&M. Elabram has the capability to support each role defined and customized to the customer’s requirement.

Besides engineering services and Specialist Resource Provision, we provide expert consultancy to help optimize client’s operations that subscribe to world standard processes, procedures and methodologies as well as consultancy services for the wireless industry in:

• RF Engineering
• Microwave (SDH/PDH/etc)
• Operation and Maintenance
• Core Network
• GPRS/EDGE
• WCDMA
• Tools Acquisition
