My first contact with Elabram was when one of their representatives contacted me a few years ago after reading my C.V on the internet. It was about the possibility of a job in America but although I could not take the post at that time I requested Elabram keep my C.V on file in case of future job opportunities that may interest me.
I had no further contact from Elabram until 18 months ago (Aug 05) when Elabram profiling highlighted that I was a good match to fill a position in Malaysia for Siemens.
The timing & the job were right for me so I accepted & within a very short space of time I received & signed a contract (started Oct 05).
I am now into my seventeenth month working for Elabram in Malaysia & I can honestly say I have never had one single major problem with Elabram.
They are a very professional company, their staff are polite & efficient when dealing with any issues that may occur, if I need to speak to any of the bosses they always answer the phone, I have always been paid & from what I see from talking to people in the mobile communications industry is they have a very good reputation for reliability & sourcing quality workers for the right posts.
They are also very well connected within the mobile communications industry which is very useful if you want to move onto another contract.

My Engagement with Elabram Systems is now 3++ years. Since then I was always served to perfect satisfaction and beyond! Without any regrets, I can say that signing with Elabram Systems was the best decision I made so far in my personal career. In 2004, when I signed my first Contract with Elabram Systems to be an Siemens PC-Core Senior Advisor and Consultant for DiGi, Elabram System ensured that I get the best deals with their customers and that I will get what I demanded for my Service. Besides the professional Help I received from Elabram, they also made me welcome in a foreign country and make sure my stay here is as pleasant as possible by taking care of all the administrative parts that usually are taken care of by the Contractor himself.

I have been a consultant for a different agency prior to my contract with Elabram. Since I was encountering problems with my former Agency, I was having doubts whether to renew my contract or to move on to another opportunity. A fellow consultant told me the good reputation of Elabram, so I opted to ask around. I was really impressed with the feedback and it got me interested.
I am now under contract with Elabram and I must say that the feedbacks I got were all true. Elabram is really a good Agency. They were able to process my Visa in a short span of time. My experience of about one year with Elabram has been very satisfactory. Elabram is a very transparent company, expect no surprises or hidden price tags after you make a contract. The staff is highly motivated, committed and concerned about the problems of its Contractors, it’s reflected in various dealings I had with Priscilla Tan, Yee Shing and Mr. Lim. Be assured that they are there to listen to your problems and will do their best to resolve them. The commitments are reflected from the vision of their top management; I remember Sunny once said – “for me to be in the business it’s very important that I keep my Contractors happy”.
Elabram, being a local company, offers their expertise towards work permit and visa issues, a very critical factor not many competitors can offer!
All my mails have been replied on the same day, sometimes even in minutes, all my concerns have been handled to my satisfaction, and all my payments have been made on time, isn’t it what every Contractor looks for? It helps in being focused on the job and not being worried about contract issues!

My experience with Elabram is from year 2000 when I got an offer in Ericsson Thailand. It was initial 6 months contract because of the satisfaction & dedication of the Elabram top management, Ericsson Thailand extended my contract to 1 year.
Also again I was offered a job in Ericsson Indonesia for 2G - Ericsson project by Elabram. It was a long time project lasted for one and a half years.
The HR staff and also the top management is highly committed and concerned about the problems of their staffs and consultants, they spent their precious time to discuss any issues without concerning day or night.
A big thank to Miss Priscilla for her commitment to make sure that if any problem arise, she will do the best in a short time period. Everything was handled to my satisfaction and the payments have been made on time each month.
They also sent their contractors to attend various courses regarding telecommunications (2G, 3G Commissioning & Operation Maintenance) with different vendors such as Ericsson, Alcatel, Huawei & Nokia.
I have also recommended a few of my friends to join Elabram Systems as freelance Telco Engineers, they also enjoyed and satisfied with the services offered by Elabram management.

This is all I can say, just like a true to life story...enjoy to read but this is true...
I surprised when Mr. Sunny called me, I was in Australia and he was telling me about my assignment in Indonesia. At that time I have already sent my resignation to my agent for the reason that my wife will give birth to our second baby. But I've got a problem when Mr. Sunny told me to report as early as possible on the month of December 2006.
Christmas is coming and my wife will give birth. This is what comes in my mind. Then I explained to him that I couldn't just leave my family during Christmas and especially during the expected date for my wife's delivery of our second baby. I have to sacrifice one of them not my family but the offer, but it surprised me a lot. After a week, I received contract to start on January 20, 2007 even I have already informed Mr. Sunny to get replacement with other engineers that are available at that time.
And now I'm here in Indonesia for my third month as O & M. I've got no problem in everything specially in dealing our very kind Elabram staffs. All I can say is that "I am blessed to work with this company". |
